I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks.I interviewed at Ivy Tech Community College (Lawrence, IN) in Oct 23, 2024
Interview
The first interview was a zoom call with the hiring manager, followed by an in person interview with the team. The process was rather slow, it took much longer to get a response than initially indicated by the hiring manager and they did not give feedback after the delay. The candidate pool was larger than I expected as well so the odds of getting the position were low to start with. Questions were a good mix of behaviorial and technical and felt right for the position other than the SQL questions being on the easy side.
